Quality and Confidentiality 

Quality and confidentiality are very important for us. To ensure quality, we engage into long-term working relationships with our clients and are happy to use company-specific terminology for each of them. Our quality management system implements the requirements of the ISO 17100:2015 standard.

We have strict confidentiality procedures and our translations are carried out by in-house translators. We do not subcontract to the other side of the world. If we have to outsource language combinations because our in-house translators do not cater for them, we always ask our colleagues to sign a strict confidentiality agreement or a non-disclosure agreement.

Our clients can be confident that their documents will remain 100% confidential.
